awhile back someone posted about a belt driven vacuum booster on early caddys. what years could i find this on? i looked around and all i've seen was hydroboosters. i was gonna test as a poor man's evac pump. any suggestions?

I've got several buddies who use an old refrigerator compressor for a vacumn pump. They say that they work fine last a long time.rick
