Ok, so I completed a four wheel disk brake conversion on my 67. I bought the kit from Matt's Classic, and I am very happy with the kit and performance of this set up. I do however have a problem with the brake light coming on during hard stopping. It seems that if I really press the pedal down hard, the light comes on. The light will go off after a few depressions on the pedal. Any ideas on what could be causing this issue?

Did you check the system for any leaks? Get any crud in the pressure differential switch during assembly?
Sounds like you have a leak somewhere, and the pumping of the pedal is building pressure back in to hte side that lost the pressure initially that resulted in the pressure differential switch being tripped.

There is no evidence of a leak. The pedal is really great feeling, so im not sure if there is any air in the lines, but it may be worth bleeding them some more. As for dirt in the lines, I guess thats possible, but i was pretty careful with the open lines.
