71 chevy Sep 8th, 10, 7:27 PM im looking at one for the ls1 and it is
$1449 and the catalog says it uses the factory GM coil harness
but when I add up parts I get
hp ecu $899

bosch wideband sensor $87.10
total $1386.56
Am I missing something?

Doug F. Sep 8th, 10, 9:31 PM Summit?
71 chevy Sep 8th, 10, 10:38 PM no, these prices were from holleys website(sans the cpu)
71 chevy Sep 8th, 10, 11:34 PM what im saying doug is that I must be missing a part or two because typically, kits are cheaper than the sum of their parts.
64duece Sep 9th, 10, 6:38 AM I've never checked the small parts box on the LSx kit but...the others also include, main power harness, coolant temp, air temp, 1 bar map sensors, fuel pump block off and usb cable.

Ok, that explains it. Where did you pick up yours? I'm looking for a shop that has them in stock
71 chevy Sep 9th, 10, 8:28 AM Also, does the ls1 injector harness use the ev1 connectors?
Tom Mobley Sep 10th, 10, 3:28 AM Moore Racecraft probably does have it in stock. their phone is 609.820.5660 website is www.mooreracecraft.com. Phone is better, site is a little weak.
They're a major vendor of Holley EFI stuff.

trackman Sep 10th, 10, 10:53 AM Moore put together my system. I'm headed down to the depot to pick it up this afternoon.
:)
Doug F. Sep 10th, 10, 9:32 PM The main power cable is the main thing. The harness is plug and play with the LSx sensors.

updates
trackman Sep 28th, 10, 1:52 AM I am just starting the fuel system. Adding a 1/2 hard line and it is being a bit of a bear. I got it fitting pretty good tonite. Couple more tweaks. I have the intake(Edelbrock) and fuel rails getting powder coated including getting the intake cleaned up inside . I will have to do some port matching as well when I put it on.I was not pleased with the intake. It is pretty rough. I have an airgap now and it is a way nicer piece.
I had to modify the Holley throttle linkage to work with the intake. (hitting the fuel rails) Welded a 4150 and 4500 air filter base together so it clears the linkage. I have a tapered filter I will use that is 16 inches at the base and 14 on top so it fits in my cowl hood.
Built a bracket that I can mount the ecu to under the hood without having to drill any holes under the hood. It will mount to my shaker in the passenger fender.
We have finally been getting some good weather here so I have been driving the car and enjoying it. (actually have the carb bang on right now ..go figure) As soon as I see a stretch of bad weather the top comes off and I will get to it.....Monday maybe.
Oh ya still waiting for the usb cable from holley so I can put it in my wiring harness
71 chevy Oct 3rd, 10, 4:42 PM thanks for the update. I missed this
