I am not talking drag radials just street tires. I know the BFG T/As are out as that is what I have and they are terrible.

How are your track conditions? My BF T/As hook great! Maybe you'd like the Nitto 555 tires.

Nothing to compare it to. Probably not very sticky. My slicks hook great! But the TAs have not a prayer. I am getting the BFG drag radials but I still want a street tire that I can drive on and still get traction if I dump the clutch.

if they have them in the size you use, you should try the Fuzion tires. sure, they are a "tuner" tire, but they are made by Bridgestone and are actually a less expensive version of the Potenza- my 245/50/16's were $89 a piece at Tires Plus, and get pretty sticky pretty fast if you chirp them a bit- sticky enough to pick up rock after a 2 second burnout. plus, after a few thousand miles of driving and about 30 dragstrip passes with a small burnout before each run, they still look like new.

My BFGs dont let loose too easy on streets, havent tried em on the strip.

Even wet they try really hard to grab.
