im restoring a 65 ss malibu convt i have changed the front brakes to disc but left the rear drums i own a set of 15x8 rims with a -11mm? offset but i dont know if they will work without rubbing i need to know what size tire rim and offset would look the best without a rub problem thanks for the help

I would try to bolt them up and look to see if there is any contact anywhere. Including turning it fully both directions and looking to see if it hits anywhere.

You dont need to drive to see if it hits. Just turn the wheel all the way and look to see if it hits anywhere and then the other way and look again.

Also look to see how close you are to the top ot the fender and inner fender when the wheel is pointing straight. You want some clearance there for bumps and stuff.
