Just curious as to what the appropriate amount of backspacing would be with 235/60/15 front tires on a 1" lowered '67 Chevelle. I have a set of 15x7, 4.5" BS Rallye Wheels I'd like to use, although I could certainly go ± on the backspacing.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I don't know if it will help or not, I have installed 235/60/15s with 15X7" 4.5 back space Rallys all the way around on my 64 with out any problems. But I think that is as large as I could go on the 64. I'm back to 14" wheels so I can run stock wheel covers. The new 15s are sitting in the garage, If you were close by, You could give them a try to see how they fit.

Thanks for the response. The combination you mentioned is the starting point for the front tires. I'm encouraged that they worked well on your '64 and by my measurements they should work on the '67.
Thanks again!
