Sorry for the non-chevelle post, but need some help here...

My MinLaw's 99 Cobra needs new tires, and since i get to drive it all the time, its my job to find & get it some new tires...

Currently has BFG Comp TA's 245/45 ZR17's on it... Apparently that tire is no longer available in that size...

So what brand/model tire would you guys recommend for that car?

Gets driven all year round, so needs to ahve good wet handling also.

Thanks!!!
Ben

I like the bridgestones but here is a list with prices from www.tirerack.com (http://www.tirerack.com) :

EDIT: search link didn't work but is easy to use their search engine you can even search for the car you listed.

probably can use www.tires.com (http://www.tires.com) too.

BFG KDW, Michelin Pilots, Firestone SZ's. Personally I like the Pilots the best but they are a bit pricey. One of the best performance tires in the world(see Ferarri, Viper, Porsche) Goodyear supercar F1 are also good but $$$ as well. How fast can you afford to go. All the tiores I have listed are speed rated Z or better.
