I would like to get a set of Cragers or Torq Thurst II for my 67. What do you guys suggest as far as wheel size and tire size. My car is a weekend crusier and is a SS clone. I do have 2" drop spindles on the front and like a raked look.

Well, selection and size are very personal objectives...
It really depends on what YOU envision for your car,
Dropped in front with a slight rake, sounds like maybe somewhat "classic"... Weekend cruiser and SS clone...
I would say either 15 or 17 inch with wider tires (16-inch seem to have a limited tire selection). I think the 17s have a good combination of classic-yet-modern size... Maybe 17X8 up front and 17X8 or 17X9.5 out back...
I have 265/50/15s on the front of my 66 Chevelle and 295/50/15s on the back (7 and 8-inch wide rims, respectively). I like to maximize the wide... I really want 17-inch wheels (non-polish Torque-Thrust style though), but currently can't justify the expense (another baby on the way, so I not only need to save money, but I won't be driving the car too much this year anyway)...
I want the Vintage Wheel Works V40 wheels. Classic Torque_thrust style, but a little more unique ("everyone" seems to have the polished TT IIs)...
Do you want the same size tire and wheel all the way around (easy to rotate, and you can actually have one spare that will fit correctly)?
Do you want wider tires all around (kind of road race modern or Pro-Touring look)? Or do you prefer wide rear tires and skinny fronts?
Do you plan on altering the suspension and brakes in the future? disc brakes? lowering?

The car has disc brakes on the 2" drop spindles. I really like the lowered look of the chevelle, but not a asphalt scrapper. I would like to get better handling out of the car by installing a larger sway bar in the future. I currently use the same tire all the way around. I would like something between as to what you asking.

I just bought a set of 17x8" Boyd Coddington Smoothie II and Falken ZE-512 235/45-17 tires for my '67 Sedan. I wanted the same sizes so I could rotate.
The car is just coming out of the paint shop this week. Can't wait to get the wheels/tires installed.

mine has 18x8 and 10 f/r. fronts are 235/40 and rear is 295/45. 2 inch drop all around. I love the look of the rear tire, nice tall sidewall, not what your use to in 18's. pictures on my homepage.
