Does anybody know if 68 Convertible door glass is different than 2 door hardtops? It just seems that the door glass I have doesn't want to align up with the convertible quarter glass.

If it's like the 71 then the doors are the same but the rears are different. I think.

i don't recall the glass being different on my 68-convert
i do recall that it was a big PITA to get adjustment anywhere close to matching.
i think you need to adjust the door glass and wind-wing frame to fit against the windshield and roof.
then adjust the rear quarter glass to match the door glass lines
it's difficult to make both sides of the car match, so i had to readjust each side for the best fit and to match each other.
some one else may have better instructions on what to do........

65 coupe glass/door is same as conv. the rear qtrs are different from conv/coupe. i would take door panel off from the other side and use the settings as example(reference) and align/adjust as needed. as indicated already its a pain to align. even if the adjusters were marked (for reference) prior to removal, there's tweaking to be done..... u might have to align/adjust the quarter window as well.

It's hard, but what helped me was to look at the edges of the glass and how they sit in relation to the door top or other reference points along the doors. My right side was fitting well, so I started from the rear and matched my left windows to reference points on the right side. Then I readjusted the left wing window frame to match the right side.
