: Swapped the Front Discs, what about the back

I did a front disc swap on my 'work in progress' 72 malibu. After some junkyard diving, I found some spindles from 85 caprice and used a kit from Ken Crocie to bolt those up. The only question I have is that now, I've got 5x5 discs up front and 5x4.75 drums in the back. I'm assuming they are 5x4.75 since they are factory drums.

Anyways, does anyone know of a way to swap the rear to 5x5 without swapping rear ends. Can I just pull out the c-clips and slide in new 5x5 axles?

I would suggest just keeping the 4.75 bolt patter on the rear...We have a simple kit that will bolt right up with or without Ebrake. Just get wheels with diff. bolt pattern and you are good to go!
