A while back, while getting new tires, I noticed that my rim was bent. (Just some plain ralley rims) I figured I could fix it myself, so I took out a torch and heated it up and straightened it in a vice. That was about a year ago (the car has been sitting since it's out of commission currently) and it seems to be ok. I drove on it once, and i know this is stupid to do, but i even made a 155mph run on it. Since everything seems to be ok it should be safe right? I'm just wondering if that part of the rim might be softer than the rest now and I should worry about it?
