I would say no .as far as I know you need the ears on the wheel center to pop the dogs onto and any ralley i have seen does not have those ears ...took me long time to find 15x6 steel wheels that are period correct for my 66 to put my dogs on ...

Definitely NO...

I tried to put my 66 Dog dishes on my 15X7 GM ralleys... Wouldn't work... I think the "ridge" on the wheels is not even the same diameter as the caps need... Ralley caps snap to the inside of the "ridge", while the dog-dishes need to snap to the outside (to the "ears" as CDN SS stated)...

Maybe if you fab'd an adapter piece made from the inside of an old ralley cap... I'd buy some of those if they existed...

Do you know the application off hand? I have been looking for these...

This is a bit late in occuring to me, but I am absolutely certain that a car in my neighborhood when I was growing up had Ralley wheels with the small dog dish caps. The car was a factory stock 1970 Brookwood (Bel Air) station wagon. It had body-coloured 15x6 Ralley wheels with the 5-slots, no trim rings and the base small hubcap (the same cap was used from '68 - '73 on the Big Chevies). I remember the car from 1970 - 1976. It was nothing more than a grocery getter.
