While at Norwalk for the Halloween Classic, I looked at a Green 72 Chevelle with 28 X 13.5 drag radials on it. Unfortunately, I could not find the owner, but spoke with a friend with a Yellow Mustang.

Does anyone know if anything would need to be cut or modded to make this combination work? Backspacing on the rim?
