So, I got a set of SPC springs and looking at the rear springs I noticed that the coils are not evenly spaced. One end the coils are closer together than the other. So, my question is what side goes to the frame mount? The side with the closely spaced coils or the side with the widely spaced coils?
Thanks,
Bart

Seems like an elementary question and I had asked myself the same thing when I installed mine.
I put the close coils to the top for two reasons.
1. the PN logos were right side up this way.
2. I already had one side in that way when I questioned the whole thing.
/shrug - The spring works fine for me and the ride is not harsh but firm.

thats the hallmark of a progressive spring and as such it could care less which way it is. If you wanna be finicky you can put the tighter spacing down so that COG isnt affected as much but thats splitting hairs that dont matter it the grand scheme of things.
