That's the problem, the steering wheel does turn after key's out. PATRICK JWagner Dec 10th, 98, 9:50 AM It may be that the plate or wheel that locks the steering may not be properly in place. It is not unheard of for a previous owner to have re-assembled the parts without installing the snap ring that holds the plate. Remove the steering wheel and take a look. | ||
