A few of us are meeting up at the Molly Pitcher Rest stop on the NJ Turnpike Between Exits 8a and 8 on June 25th, at around 10:00 am and are pulling out by 10:30 Am headed towards Maryland.

If anyone on here is interested in riding along let me know!

A good part of us should be at the park around noon or so setting up. Feel free to stop on by :yes:

Dashes never made it to CB Shaun. If you like, I'll put them in the trailer and bring them to MD so you can see them. I'll grab the brake part and put it in there for you too. Same with the G body seats too, I'll put em in the trailer.

A couple of us are planning on going right now as long as the weather is good. Right now, I think there are 3 or 4. We'll go after dinner. The gates open at 5, racing starts at 6. We'll probably get there around 6:30 or so my guess.

I am meeting a friend of mine on the Turnpike at the rest stop beyond 7a. He is coming from North Jersey and I am coming from Jersey Shore via I-195. Would you mind if my friend Steve Bamon with his 70 Ragtop meets with your group at the Molley Pitcher rest stop and the caravan "picks" me up at the next rest stop beyond 7A. I am trailering my 70 via my truck and tools aboard...so I can take up the rear as support for the caravan. :D

BTW, I used to be a memebr of the GS Chevelles years ago and support your shows in the past. Finally, I am friends with Jimmy "Red" Fairchild. Let me know via the thread or a PM...........

Out of here tomorrow and will be stopping in Fort Eire then will be leaving Buffalo around 6:30 - 7 Friday morning, should be there around 1 or so.

Thinking of going to the track with you also. Not sure I'll run the car though as it's a little to far from home buuuut. Or are you guys just going to watch?

At least 3 of us are going to run including me, I know a couple might go just to watch the rest of us beat on the cars :D. The track is only like 4 miles from the hotel.

Looks like there will be two 69's caravaning from Thornton to the track Friday night. At least one of us is planning on making some runs. The other guy "claims" he may just go to spectate. I'll believe that when I see it!

Oh I am spectating......my trans is on the outs and I am trailering my car to the show. I really do not feel like leaving the trans out on the track...so I will be spectating.......:(

It was a nasty one too Bill. One of the scariest T-storms I've seen her ein a long time. I was still at work when it rolled though. I'd even say a tornado might have touched down too. The town my grandparents live in took it the worst. Trees down, all roads in and out of the town are underwater, 60-70 MPH winds, no power, you name it.
