The yellow Motion Can Am Spyder Corvette was a very popular show car in the late 70s.

I have the original light up sign Motion used to display with the car.
Joel said he would get calls from Corvette show promoters all over the country to display this car.
It was on the cover of Cars Magaizine and was in other magazines

Joel is a nice guy, And he drives " Benz ". I met him at the G.M. show 2-3 years ago in Carlisle. He wanted to buy my 70.

He tried to throw some know it all teenager out of his shop in Baldwin some years ago and that teenager to this day still doesn't think he's a nice guy :D

Did you ever run into the Motion tiger at the shop?

A guy from LI told me he was in Joel's office one day and a big paw reached out from under the desk and grabbed his ankle.
It was a tiger.

I asked Joel about this and he confirmed the story.

Joel and his wife had many exotic animals including a tiger who he kept on a chain in the Motion shop.
It got free a few times and he had to chase it down Sunrise Blvd

The tiger even made it into Cars magazine back in the day
