Hey guys, i have tried everything out there to try to clean the water spots off my Centerline Warriors. They still do not turn out 100% no matter how hard i rub, or how long i let the stuff sit on them. Someone told me to try Tomato Paste?!?!? is this an old trick? he said it does the job. Just seeing if any of you guys knew of that, or knew a better way
Thanks Guys

Hello Ed,
I have polished Centerlines on my Chevelle and have gtried everything over the years (Mothers, Wenol, Blue Magic, Simachrome, etc etc). They all work well, but I still saw spots too.
Two years ago I came across Busch products at a swap meet. I purchased Busch Aluminum Cleaner which you spray on and rinse with water. It removes oxidation and leaves the wheels / aluminum dull gray.
Then I used Busch Aluminum Polish which is a liquid. Easy to put on and easier to take off. I really like it. Wheels never looked better.
I did a search on Google and found Busch products at a few places.
Good luck with your wheels, Joe

I use this stuff on all my polished aluminum stuff- including my rims. Best stuff i have ever seen. I only use the "Fine" level stuff and it will take off most light corosion- but if you have a lot of water spots, you might want to start with the "medium"- then follow with the "fine".
This stuff is an abrasive- so it will polish much better than any of the other polishes- however you have to be very careful if using it on chrome, it will scratch. But on aluminum, it works wonders.
I get this stuff at a local tire shop.

i used aircraft aluminum polish. not shure what it is called ill look this weekend. it took 2 years of salt pitting in wisconsin off in a flash. left it dull looking, but i took wizzard polish (the pink cotton stuff) they shine like a set of new cromies and there polished aluminum.
