onick Feb 19th, 03, 7:37 PM what size tire should i use on my 68 chevelle malibu? I have 15x8in cragar w/ 4.25 backspacing, stock suspension. i want a wide/tall tire back there, but i don't want to deal w/ rubbing issues. Mytmouse Feb 20th, 03, 7:35 AM I also think the P275/60R 15 will work on a 4.25bs 15X8 wheel as Thad has indicated. I know they work on 4.5" bs and I am sure there is more than .25 clearance to the lip. with that set-up. If you are running 255's now you can see how much clearance there is and determine the width difference of the tires and do some math.
