Hey guys,
I am checking my system for leaks. Is the proper procedure to pressure test a cooling system is: (I am using a Snap-On cooling system hand pump pressure gauge)

On a cold motor install the rad cap pressure gauge,
Pressure system to 15 or so psi.

If it doesn't hold steady then a leak is likely?? Mine held at 15 for a 3 minutes,,
