I will try asking another way. Has anyone run 255-60-15's (BFG/TA's) on 15X7 Rally Wheels on the front of a stock suspension 66 Chevelle? I would welcome any comments. If someone would post a picture of their set up it would be much appreciated. Thanks,

You'll probably get some tire rub, 225 look and work just fine

I have 235's on the front of mine with the one inch Hotckiss lowering springs. No rubbing.

I run 255 zr 17's with 4.5 inches of backspacing. My car is lowered rather significantly. I used to get a little rub with turned tires backing out of driveways, but I removed my inner fenders and that went away. I test fit some 275's up front and they fit, but I did not want to throw down the money for new rims and tires just yet.
