I know this been beat pretty much but i still
looking for that perfect wheel/tire set up for my 71, what is the most backspacing you can run on the front with a 16 or 17 wheel
and largest tire ? Thanks, Rob...

I plan on running a 17x9 rim with 5" backspacing and a 275/40/17 tire on the front of my 69 Elky. Is that big enough?
