I was curious how the SSI Olds or chrome spoked 69/70 SS wheels (in 15 inch) look on a 70 Chevelle. I was considering replacing the 14 inch SS wheels I currently have so that I can go with a little bit of a bigger/wider tire. Do these wheels look OK without a trim ring on a Chevelle. Anyone have any pics? Thanks in advance!

My 70 elky had them on it when i bought it- I didn't like them & promptly switched- Something was just wrong about them... maybe if they had the outter trim ring on them, or if my car had the wheel well chrome...
Anyway here are a couple pics with those rims on it:

THanks for the reply, I thought the same thing when I first saw them......they looked like they were missing a trim ring. I was wondering whether a trim ring would make them look better or worse, since the trim ring would be polished stainless steel and not chrome. I do like the look of the chrome spokes though.......

Does anyone know if the Wheel Vintiques 15X7 trim ring will fit a 15X7 Magnum 500/Olds SSI wheel? Any help would be appreciated......Thanks!
