I got my L92 and 6L80E set down on my frame the other day and stuck the chevelle crossmember under it and it gave me an angle of about 8*, to get to the 3* mark, I need to bring it up about 3.5", so lets see how you guys have solved this, I figure I'm going to be doing some fabbing, I just wanted to see what sort of ideas are out there to solve this first. Also, would putting some bracing from the crossmember help with some rigidity & do I need it? I was planning on welding some tube stock to the crossmember about 4-6" inside the frame rail and running parallel with the frame up to where the frame kicks back in & bolting it to the frame there, I can get a bolt through the body mount hole for the end of it. Would triangulating the bar to the frame be better than parallel bracing? THanks! Matt
