I have aquired a set of rally rims (15x7). I am putting the wheels on my '70 chevelle ss clone. I wanted some opinions and photos of appropriate tire size and brand to mount on these rims. Larger in rear ??Thanx

I just mounted 245's on the same wheels. My car is lowered an inch front and back and I have not had any problems with interference. As I recall, 245 was the largest tire any manufacturer recommended on a 7" wheel.

I have BFGoodrich 265-50/15's mounted on GM 15X7 rallys and have not had a problem...
I am not sure what the tire manufacturer says, but they do not bulge much (even though they are relatively short 50-series sidewalls), and the tire shop didn't say anything, or have any problems mounting them.
I also have about 8 years and ~5000 miles with no problems...
