I can get a set of these locally for a good price.I'm not sure of the tire size, doesn't really matter as i will probablly replace them. Will the rims fit? Anybody have pics of a 70 chevelle with these on?
blaauboer Sep 30th, 02, 9:22 PM They may fit ,But they will look BAD........A ralley wheel would look alot better for the same money........Just my 2 cents......

72SS454Chevelle Oct 3rd, 02, 5:52 PM I like those wheels they have simple clean lines to them. Not the wild chrome ones you get on all the cars nowdays. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif

1BadBu Jan 1st, 05, 1:09 PM I like them because they're DIFFERENT! Sheesh, if I see one more set of Torque Thrust's I'm gonna BARF! I like the TT's but everybody and their mom has 'em. I'm looking at the Hopsters and now the polished Salt Flat's. Yours look like 80's TA wheels to me. Am I right anybody? Also, I saw that they're bringing back the Slot mags. Now THOSE would be different! I think some of the best wheels cost too much IMO. Hard to find a good compromise which is why the TT's are so popular. They're probably the best looking wheel for the money.
70isfine Jan 1st, 05, 2:25 PM Those are 80's vette rims. I like that they are GM wheels.

If everyone and their dog starts using slots again, I'm gonna be upset cause I can't afford new wheels and I like mine anyway (just wish I could get some 16x8 and 16x 12 with better backspacing so they'd kinda tuck or something)
