What's the cheapest set of wheels I can get in this size? I've been looking at wheel vintiques. I think they're like $70 each. Any other place that sells a cheap wheel that size. It doesn't have to be a ralley.

Are you seriously looking for CHEAP (and not just as cheap as you can get and still look good)?

1) go to the junkyard, you can find a cheap set of old alloy wheels, or possibly some mid-70s chevy or BOP rally wheels.

2) Go to a major tire dealer, such as Les Schwab or even Sears. They usually have stamped steel wheels with triangles cut out to make an 8-spoke mag. Usually, you'll see these on trucks or trailers, but you can get them for cars. Last time I checked they were $25 each.

One again I need a backspacing of 4.5 inches. This is not a standard backspacing. This is the key here.

Wheel Vintiques has that wheel for $50, it's their Series 38, has F*ord and Chevy bolt patterns, 15x8x4.5.

See http://www.wheelvintiques.com/cat2002.PDF which is a large acrobat .PDF file. Scroll down the left side to the series 38's.

Those same wheels for Jegs are 70 bucks. Pretty cool. Thanks Tom.
