: Buying parts from SC&C.
Chevelle_L88 Apr 30th, 10, 10:31 AM Hi.
Does anyone here know of an easy way to get in contact with SC&C?
I want to buy some parts from them and I have tried to get in contact with them for a while. But I never get any answer.

Beaux Apr 30th, 10, 11:16 AM Phone and a message is best, email secondary but I know Marc has issues with his exchange server so I email support and sales inboxes to be sure he gets them.
Very busy time for him I believe. Lots going on with projects, orders and one other thing he has going on that I dont know I am supposed to say anything about until he releases it. But I do know he is very busy and it can indeed be tough to reach him. But when you do get him he will spend as much time with you as you need....sometimes more. :D
Bcool Apr 30th, 10, 11:26 AM I hear this quite often but have never personnaly had a problem contacting Mark. I typically call at between 12:00 and 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time. maybe Mark will pop in and answer himself:yes:

Derek69SS Apr 30th, 10, 1:19 PM Earlier in the day seems to be better... late afternoon he's real tough to reach.

Leave a message and Mark will get in contact with you, may be a little while. I second that when he does get in contact with you he will take the time to go over in great detail all of your questions. First time I talked to him, I was on the phone 70 minutes!
Look forward to Mark's new "project" don't believe it is a secret at least he did not say keep it a secret when we lasted talked. I expect it to be a good "product".
69496 Apr 30th, 10, 8:09 PM It is worth the trouble. When you get a hold of him you will see why he is hard to catch. He will give you his undevided attention as long as you need it.
heimjoint Apr 30th, 10, 8:30 PM I called yesterday and talked to Mark, believe me, This guy is extremely knowlegable regarding suspension, very friendly, and I learned a lot that I didn't know (90 min. call), I ordered Stage two package, coils and shocks, you WON'T be dissapointed, keep trying..........
Derek69SS Apr 30th, 10, 10:52 PM Last time I called, we were BOTH over an hour late for dinner. :D
nicholas1752 May 1st, 10, 12:07 AM I have the same story as everyone else. I called and left a message for him to call me, and four days later he returned my call. After the 60+ min converstation about suspension, cars, and everything else under the sun I realized the wait was well worth it. It is rare to find anyone now days to give you that kind of attention. He also did not try to get me to replace anything on my car just because it was not what he sells. Leave a message and wait you will not be dissapointed.
Chevelle_L88 May 3rd, 10, 7:09 AM He finally answered me on email, so I am happy :)
I would have called him, but I am at work in Africa. So the time zones and working hours are a bit different.
