I am just completing a LS2 powered 67 and am looking for comments from others who have used AFCO radiators, positive or negative.
I have searched the forum and have found very little on them.

I use them on the circle track cars, they work much better than a stock one. The main difference is that they have 2 cores that are really big compared to a stock radiator. They dont have provisions for tranny coolers, if you have an auto you need to have a seperate cooler. We have used these for years and the price is right. Quality has been really good for me and a bunch of us at the track, and we have gone through our fair share of them). I usually get the 19x31.

Dave,
They actually have a LS1 retrofit unit now available with an integrated trans cooler. The inlet and outlet are properly sized for the LS engine, but it looks like I will have to weld a bung to the top of the tank for the steam vent line.

Talked to the guys at AFCO this AM and found that the bung was already installed for the steam vent line. They keep the LS Retrofit units in stock and are shipping today. I talked to several people who had nothing but good comments about AFCO.
Thanks all.
