Is there any issue with mixing different types of radials? I got a set of Torq Thrusts real cheap from a guy and they have almost-new BFG Comp T/A's on them. The only problem is those Comp T/A's only go to 26 inches (255/50-16). And I would like a bigger tire in the back.

Would I have a problem with the Comp T/A's on the front and a set of Radial T/A's on the back?

Hello!

I have been running different radials front and back for over 15,000 mi on my S-10 with no problems. Like you, I got the wheels for the right price and they had nearly new tires on them, so I ran 'em. I think the problem comes if you run radials in the front and bias ply in the back.
