: tach question

Just signed up for membership. Since I spend a good part of my internet time on this site, I figured why not. It's really a great site and I've learned a lot.
Now another question. Can I wire an aftermarket tach up without disconnecting the dash tach? The dash tach works, but sometimes sticks at about 2000rpm.

Thanks, George

George,

The img ubb code is not activated for use in your profile is the reason it does not work.(change the img to url and it will link as mine is) Not sure about your tach isssue.

You can tie into the tach wire with another wire and run both tachs.

Thanks guys--glad to belong.

To Rich -- the pics are just scanned together and then resized with a graphics program -- I used Paint Shop Pro. Re-sized to 550x374 pixels to keep file size down.
