I have a 72 malibu I love the way the lights look on the rearend but I hate the single lights in the front. Wanted to know is it possible to attach 69 Chevelle headlights on a 72 body?

Not a '69, but you can swap to '70 headlights. You need everything from the radiator support forward including light wiring harness and it will all bolt on. Some people like the look, some don't!

Core support, fenders, headlight extensions, buckets....its a chain reaction and even then in my small mind I dont know think the lines would match up.

Better off with a swap on the front end to a 70, I think. Still would involve all the above in changes.

You can search. The 71/72 to 70 front end swap has been discussed many times (mixed reviews but your car so your call). Check body shop, search for keywords.

We were typing at the same time. :D

Dont forget bumpers and fenders. Turn signals / marker lights are in different locations. Unless the plan is to try and combine them and have a lot of lights up front like the "Family Truckster". So it boils down to the entire front clip but for the hood.

You could swap to '69 front sheetmetal on a wagon or el camino, but not on any other '70-72 models... fenders won't line up with the doors.

'70 front end has 4 headlights, and will swap over.
