i'm trying to find 5 chrome centercaps for the 2nd generation rally wheels that came on 72 El Camino Customs. i'm also trying to find 25 more chrome inserts for those wheels because i have a set of 5 wheels. Any suggestions on places that might have them other than swap meets, the next one here isn't until august. i have pics of the wheel in case you are confused about what exactly it is, it's not the standard chevelle or corvette rally wheel. thanks guys.

I know what you're talking about, I've seen them on ebay in the past, that's a place to start checking. I don't think anyone reproduces them, but I could be wrong. Good luck, and good choice those are good looking wheels.

You might also try to come up with the GM part number. Since those wheels were used for a few years and on lots of different cars you might be able to still get them from GM.
Is this the insert? EDIT: I couldn't get the pic to work http://www.chevelles.com/forum/frown.gif If so Classic industries has them(9.30 each http://www.chevelles.com/forum/eek.gif ) www.classicindustries.com (http://www.classicindustries.com) and they are in the camaro online catalog. Just do a search under for"rally"
YearOne lists a center cap for a rally wheel but no rally II. Our Sponsor does not list one online either. Good Luck

Thanks for your help guys, and yes, i found the inserts i was looking for, they are called Rally wheel insert bezels, thanks for that, but i'm still not finding the centercaps i'm looking for, i can email a picture of one of the wheels with the chrome inserts, trim ring, and centercap on it, i took a picture yesterday just so anyone who wanted to see it could. Let me know if you all come up with anything else. thanks again for the help.
