i just purchsed a power seat track from a 71 gto for my 70 chevelle can any one help with the location of brackets that get welded to floor pictures are great you can email them to me thank you (cacho1978@sbcglobal.net):yes:

if they could be PM'ed to me as well that would be great... I have the exact same dilemma. I bought the brackets for my 70 for regular buckets but I heard the brackets are different for the power seats. You can buy reproduction brackets for the power seats on Ebay but I haven't talked to anyone who used them so it's not verified whether they work...

I put a 69 power base in my 67. The front holes lined up. The rear inside stud was about 2 or 3 inches beyond the seat base hole. The outside rear will be left dangling in the air by about 3 inches. Thats where you need the power base bracket. I made a strap from flat bar to handle the inside rears mismatch.

yes the brackets are different i purchased mine from true connetions they were about $58.00 plus shipping they sell good qualaty products not the cheap reproduction stuff
