Has anyone bought Hotchkis parts for their '66 Chevelle and had some problems. I purchased the Extreme front sway bar and the bolts, or links, dont fit into the slots on the lower A arms. Both sides are almost 1" outside the slots. Hotchkis says you have to bend the bolts to fit, but this is not right. Also, I bought the HPS 1000 front and rear shocks made for Hotchkis by Bilstein. The font shochs dont extend enough to fit thru the top hole. Hotchkis says they should fit... they are almost 3" too short. These where all purchased almost 2 years ago, so I dont know if they willm take them back. Heeeeelp.

Did you do a search on Hotchkis on this site?
Might help you when deciding what parts to buy from what mfg.
Perhaps they will exchange your parts. While certainly not a requirement, good suppliers know that parts are ofter purchased way in advance of installation. It's a fact of this business.

Hi,
Is the car on jackstands or a hoist? How complete is the car right now?
