: Cooper Cobras?

OK, I admit I know little about brands of tires, but are Cooper Cobras good? I'm in the market for a set of rally rims, and a local guy is selling a set of four with cobras mounted for a very good price. I haven't seen them yet (I won't consider them unless they're in great shape). Any advice on this?

Thanks.

I have run coopers on a couple different rigs and have had no issues with them. The ones I had, had the raised solid white letters and looked pretty good. The sizes I used were 265/50/15s and 295/50/15s and were comparable in price to BFG T/As

I've had two sets on different rigs I've owned and had excellent results.

That's whats on mine now (blackwall). Over 12K and not a single issue, good tread wear and pretty sticky. I don't care for the large tread pattern, but they ride nice.
