This sucker won't budge loose from my manifold?

it's at the beginning to strip phase so I have stopped.

any suggestions would be most thankful.

I don't wanna have to take the carb and the manifold off.

Not what you want to hear, but I would remove the intake.
You may have to heat the intake (not the sender).
