Does any one know what size and backspacing req. to use A.R. Torque Thrust II's on a unmodified rear wheel well and what size B.F. Goodrich tire that can be used. It's an SS and has the stock ride hight. I dont want to run skinnies up front so whats a decent wheel/tire size for the front. Thanks guys.

On my '72 SS, I'm using BFG P275/60R-15's on the rear with A.R. Torq-thrust D's measuring 15"x8.5" with 3.75" back-spacing. The fronts are BFG P235/60R-15's on the same size wheel. I did have to slightly roll the inner wheel opening lip upwards with pliers so the tires would not contact them, but you can't see it from the outside. Fronts were bigger (245/60's) but I had to reduce the size due to minor rubbing when chassis was compressing. Depending on what springs are in your car, you should be able to get away with the large 275's in the rear (28" tall). Good Luck!
