I have a set of the Corvette rallye wheels. They are the 15x10 with a 5" back space. I have seen all the post on these and you all go with the 5.5 bs. Can I use these wheels on my 69 Chevelle does any of you have the same wheels with the 5" backspacing. I don't want to mess with the wheel well lip if I don't have to.

If you use a tire on those wheels that fits it really well..something with 11" or 12" of section width, you will likely have rubbing issues.

i have a 72 with 10 inchers - 5 inch backspacing, i have airbags in my rear springs to keep it a little higher that stock - it rides kinda rough, but i love the look and the stance is killer. it rubber a little without the airbags - if you do go with those rims, you might want to consider it - its not a bad fix for $60
