Spent the last two long days at two different swap meets here in Portland. Lots and lots of walking. I figure I have walked over ten miles covering all the booths. Picked up a new dash bezel that they are now doing chrome around the gauges and not painted like the older ones that were being reproduced. Also found a nice set of original rear speakers, a AM\FM radio, a NOS top plate for 4 speed console (never been installed) also came with 4 speed emblem never been installed and NOS boot and mounting ring. Even found a set of new license plates for Oregon for 70 never been installed. With the interior parts ordered I should have amost all my interior now when it all gets here. It's amazing what you can find if you are willing to look through things. Plan to go again tomorrow and keep looking.

Nice find on the NOS console top plate for a 4-speed. I have an NOS one also and had never seen or heard of another `til now.

Hi Ray , used to go to the portland swap meet every year and some of my friends still do. Was it as big as usually? Is the part at the race track getting bigger? Darryl Ps good finds!

Come on out. I find if your willing to do some digging you can find things. Seems like alot of the stuff is in boxes under the tables, is where I seem to find the treasures. The swap meet is still as large as it use to be, with the PIR one growing every year. I still find the best stuff at the Portland expo center. I broke even this year. I sold some extra parts and purchased about the same amount.

I had a couple of spots down at the track, they sold over 2000 spots! There's at least 3 miles of road and vendors on both sides. Didn't get to spend much time up at the expo which is even bigger than the track. Glad you found some treasures in the heap.
