I'm looking for a new top for my '71 skylark convertible. I have looked at Electron, EZ ON, Kee and Robbins brand tops. Is there any real difference in the these four brands? I have read good things about all. Any bad reviews from experienced top installers/users. The EZ ON is much cheaper, but I don't want to skimp on a couple hundred bucks if the top won't last as long. The thing I have read about the EZ ON's is they are marked for installation. I'm a convertible newbie so any help or advice is appreciated.

Best regards,
Brandon

I put an EZ-ON on my 72, and other than mistakes I made being a virgin convert top installer, it went right on. After a while, I started noticing the white grease pencil marks on the edges, then a light went on..... Duh, it's marked as to where to put it. :D Other than a couple puckers in it from not knowing how to do it, I was happy with it.

Thanks for the info Dave. I think I'll go with the EZ-ON it's like $100 cheaper than the Electron.

Thanks again for response!
