Got a set of SS wheels for my Elky and I think BF Goodrich only makes 224 70 14. I know I could go to the 60 series but I'm trying to keep close to original diameter.
Thanks

BFG makes a 260/50/15

I'm not sure one the diameter of that tire though. I'm not 100% sure on the sidewall ratio actually but I think it's 50. My friend has these tires on his 66 belair.

I think 225/70/14 is as close to original as you are going to get, BFG (and a few others)have a 245/60/14 that is about 1" wider and 1" shorter. IMO they both look good, the 225/70 for the mint stock look and the 245/60 for a healthier custom look. I know where you are coming from on the OD, as I think the 245 with the 225 height would be ideal.
