Don't get mad. But I'm wondering if anyone has toyed with the idea of putting one piece of glass in and removing the vent window all together? I do like the look of the vent windows, but I'm planning some road trips with the car and even with new rubber they still make a heck of a noise past 45mph. Tricky part for me is I have a '69 4 door sedan. Perhaps just take some measurements and hobble over to the junk yard?
