i see alot of cars with radials and alot with mickey thompsons or hoosier tires. what kind of experience do you all have with these bias ply tires as far as steering, drivability and highway cruising?

The radials will give you a much better ride and also much better handeling. The bias ply tires will want to track ridges and groves in the road and seem to resist turning a little. Meaning they are happier going straight.

I am running bias ply Goodyear Redline F70/14's on my Chevelle and once in a while I really need to hang onto that steering wheel. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/eek.gif
