Has anyone had experience with the interior plastic trim around the rear window on a '67 Chevelle? Mine was missing when I bought the car so I ordered a repro part. The top corner of the window is close to a 90 degree angle and the part is closer to a 45. I had the shop order another one and the it is the same as the first one. The shop swears it is the right one but it doesn't look like it will fit without some major heat gun work. Anyone ever run into something like this? :(

It's flexible and can be made to take the 90 degree bend.

Mine doesn't seem to want to do that. You can get it close but it pushes right back to it's original ~45 bend. Plus when you bend it close to 90, the edges bow out making it look funny.
