I bought a rotor and vane kit for my Holley Blue pump, the gasket was leaking from the bottom. I pulled the pump apart and installed the vanes and cleaned the plunger. When I reinstalled, I checked it for leaks and was surprised that my pump was half as loud as it was when new.:beers:
I think with these pumps you need to run a water remover, the bottom plate was rusted. It was easy to see where the fuel was leaking from.

The pump is just as loud as it was when new. I guess it is quieter when you first rebuild it, but it doesnt last long.

The only quiet blue pump, is a dead one. ;)
