I am trying to put my 68 Chevelle back together and cant figure out where this goes??? Please help

I can't think of a single 68 Chevelle part that I haven't seen, until now. The pic is a little fuzzy, and you may want to post a pic of the other side of the part, and put a coin next to it so we can see how big it is.

I've seen it and have put a wrench on it also. I know it's part of the stop mech. for a window but not sure if it's a quarter window or front. The fisher body manual would come in handy here.

I just worked on my 69 tonight and have your answer. It is the top rear window stop on the track near the lock pull near the rear edge of the door. It slides into the channel and the bolt screws into it thru the slot. If you look at the lock pull where the two plastic bushings are on the inside of your door the slot is just above and between them.
