Hey guys, i have a set of American Racing 200S rims that came on the car when i got it several months ago. I drove it for the first time this week and the first thing i realized was a squeek from my r/f wheel. I had tightened all the lugs down already so i double checked. After closer inspection i found the lug shafts (mag wheel lugs) are to long and hitting my rotor before it tightens down on the wheel. I put some washers in there to get it to work, but is there something better i should do? Even after this though the wheel still had a tiny bit of play and would squeek when turning. Thanks a lot.

Definately don't drive it!

Get the correct lug nuts, the ones you describe have too long a reach for your rims.
