Did Chevelles ever come with a Big Block Cross Ram Intake Manifold (2 fours staggered)? It is for square port heads. What engine did they come on?

I assume you're asking if the factory ever offerd them. No, but when the Mark IV (396) first appeared, Edelbrock offered a cross-ram for 2 - 4s for both small and big blocks. Edelbrock also made a ram log manifold to mount 6 - 1s!. I'm not sure if that was offered for the big-blocks though. I'm getting this info from the Feb. '66 Hot Rod, which also features a complete test of a '66 Chevelle SS396.
