I am looking for a "Cragar SS" type wheel with the center section made out of steel, and not pot-metal (cragar SS's). A friend bought a set of brand new Cragar SS's two years ago and both rears have cracked. I love the Cragar SS look, but don't want to worry that my 454's torque will eat them. Thanks guys.

I think wheel vintiques does. check out their website. I can't say if they are steel or not. I agree with you that cragers can be a royal PITA because of the pot metal. 25 years ago I was a big crager fan mainly because they had SS on the caps. Today, I like the 15" wheel vintique SS-396 knock-offs.
